Description

iShares iBoxx $ Investment Grade Corporate Bond Fund (the Fund) is an exchange-traded fund. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, of the corporate bond market as defined by the iBoxx $ Liquid Investment Grade Index (the Index). The Index is designed to provide a representation of the US dollar-denominated liquid investment grade corporate bond market. The Index is rules-based index consisting of liquid, the US dollar-denominated investment grade corporate bonds for sale in the United States. There is no limit to the number of issues in the underlying Index. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Index and at least 95% of its assets in investment grade corporate bonds. BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) is the investment advisor to the Fund.
