Empresas ICA SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the construction and engineering sector. The Company is active in a range of construction and related activities, which comprise the development of facilities, civil infrastructures and housing properties, among others. In addition, it is engaged in the maintenance and operation of airports, highways, bridges, tunnels, water supply systems and solid waste disposal systems. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Oma Logistica SA de CV, Construcctiones y Trituraciones SA de CV, Construccion de Proyectos Hidroelectricos SA de CV, Tuneles Concesionados de Acapulco SA de CV, Suministro de Agua de Queretaro SA de CV and Promotora e Inversora Adisa SA de CV, among others.
