Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (Broadridge) is a global provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions to banks/broker-dealers, mutual funds and corporate issuers. The Company's systems and services include investor communication solutions, and securities processing and operations outsourcing solutions. It operates in two segments: Investor Communication Solutions and Securities Processing Solutions. The Company provides the infrastructure that helps the financial services industry operate. It serves a client base across its four businesses: Bank/Broker-Dealer Communications, Mutual Fund and Retirement Solutions, Corporate Issuer Solutions, and Bank/Broker-Dealer Technology and Operations. It delivers a range of solutions that help its clients serve their retail and institutional customers across the entire investment lifecycle, including pre-trade, trade and post-trade processing. In September 2011, it acquired Paladyne Systems, Inc.
