Revolver Resources Inc. is engaged in the business of mineral exploration in British Columbia. The Company�s principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. As of June 30, 2010, the Company had not yet determined whether the property contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metals properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Chita Property. The Company entered into an option agreement dated March 26, 2010, whereunder the Company was granted an irrevocable and exclusive option to acquire 100% interest in the Chita Property (the Chita Property or the Property). The Chita Property is located in the Clinton Mining Division, British Columbia. The Chita Property is comprised of 30 contiguous mineral claims encompassing 13,680.232 hectares.
