Vadilal Industries Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing ice-cream, frozen dessert and processing and exporting processed food products, such as frozen fruits, vegetable, canned pulp, ready-to-eat and ready-to-serve products. The Company operates in three segments: Ice-cream, which includes ice cream & frozen dessert; Processed Foods, which includes mango pulp, frozen fruit, pulp, vegetable & ready to eat/serve food, and Others, which includes forex management, money changing and cold storage. The Company is having two ice-cream production facilities one in Gujarat and the other in Uttar Pradesh. The Company is processing Frozen Fruits, Vegetables and Processed Foods at factory situated at Dharampur, district. Valsad, Gujarat. The Company is exporting nearly 60 products to various countries. Vadilal Industries (USA) Inc. is the Company�s wholly owned subsidiary.
