Prestige Estates Projects Limited is an India-based real estate development company. The Company operates in five segments: Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Services. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company launched seven new projects (four Residential, two Commercial and one Retail). During the fiscal 2012, the Company completed 1.94million square feet of residential space: Prestige Neptune�s Courtyard in Kochi and Prestige Southridge in Bangalore. During the fiscal 2012, the Company completed 0.95 million square feet of commercial space: Prestige Atrium in Bangalore, Prestige Dynasty II in Bangalore, Cessna Business Park - Block 5 and Prestige Palladium in Chennai. During the fiscal 2012, the Company completed 0.16 million square feet of hospitality space: Golfshire Clubhouse and Spa in Bangalore. During the fiscal 2012, it launched its maiden residential project (Prestige Bella Vista) in Chennai with an area of five million square feet.
