IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL) is a surface transportation infrastructure company. The Company is a builder, operator and transfer (BOT) road operator. It is involved in the development, operations and maintenance of surface transportation infrastructure projects. ITNL has established a project portfolio in the BoT road segment and made inroads in non-road sectors like metro rail, bus transportation and border entry points. It is operating a bus service in the city of Nagpur, Maharashtra. On February 12, 2012, ITNL acquired Kiratpur Ner Chowk Expressway Limited. On February 8, 2012, it acquired 99.88% interest in Karyavattom Sports Facilities Limited. On December 5, 2011, it acquired ITNL Offshore Pte Ltd. On July 27, 2011, 97.85% interest in Charminar Robopark Limited. On July 14, 2011, ITNL acquired 61.22% interest in Futureage Infrastructure India Limited. On December 28, 2011, ITNL acquired 49% interest in Chongqing Yuhe Expressway Company Limited.
