During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), its wholly owned subsidiary Genesys International (UK) Limited acquired additional interest of 19.88% in GeODC Limited. During the fiscal 2011, Aerial Surveyor Limited wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been dissolved.
