Capital First Limited formerly, Future Capital Holdings Limited, is a non-banking financial company. It operates in four major businesses: retail financial service category, which includes providing of property loans, gold loans, consumer durable loans and broking and wealth management; wholesale credit business, which uses its balance sheet to build a structured credit business that focuses on mezzanine, promoter and project financing as well as other special situations related financing; treasury operations, which ensure liquidity for business and manage investment of surplus funds to optimize returns within the approved risk management framework, and investment advisory services, which include investment analysis, research and investment recommendations. Its others segment includes property leasing and management services, and vehicle leasing. In March 2013, it sold M/s. Future Finance Limited. Effective March 14, 2013, Cloverdell Investment Ltd acquired a 4.349% interest in it.
