The Company has three segments: marketing, industrial services and other. As of December 31, 2011, Tuckamore�s current portfolio consists of eight private company holdings representing a diverse cross-section of the Canadian economy, which include: Armstrong, Gemma, IC Group, ClearStream Energy Services, Quantum Murray, Gusgo, Rlogistics and Titan. On September 30, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in Quantum Murray. On January 1, 2011, Tuckamore acquired 86.66% interest in Morrison Williams. In July 2012, the Company sold its indirect interest in Armstrong Partnership LP and its general partner.
