(Aster). On December 15, 2011, UPC Germany HoldCo 2 GmbH (UPC Germany HC2) acquired all of the outstanding shares of Kabel BW Musketeer GmbH (KBW Musketeer). Effective March 28, 2013, the Company acquired a 12.65% interest in Ziggo BV.
