Description

Blackbaud, Inc. is a global provider of software and related services designed specifically for nonprofit organizations. Its segments include Enterprise Customer Business Unit (ECBU), General Markets Business Unit (GMBU) and International Business Unit (IBU). It derives revenue from selling perpetual licenses or charging for use of its software products in a hosted environment and providing an offering of services, including consulting, training, installation and implementation, as well as ongoing customer support and maintenance. It also derives revenue from providing hosting services, performing donor prospect research engagements, selling lists of donors, and providing benchmarking studies and data modeling services. On February 1, 2011, the Company acquired Public Interest Data, LLC. On October 6, 2011, the Company acquired Everyday Hero Pty. Ltd. In May 2012, the Company completed the acquisition of Convio, Inc.
