The Fund aims to achieve a return equal to the yield on 10-year US Treasury Notes plus 5% per annum (after charges) over the medium to long term by investing in long-only opportunities that create a positive and measureable social and/or environmental impact. The Fund will seek to achieve its objective by investing globally, on a long-only basis, across a wide range of asset classes and markets, such as equities, fixed income, property, private equity, money market instruments, cash and near cash, and deposits. Within this policy, the Fund will seek exposure to various sectors, such as microfinance, forestry, agric ulture and renewable energy. The investment policy will not be constrained by any market index or other benchmark.
