"The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital growth. The Fund will achieve this by investing predominantly in a well-diversified portfolio of UK and European equities. The Fund may also invest in fixed interest securities, including government and corporate bonds. There may also be some exposure to equities and fixed interest securities internationally, outside of Europe and the UK. Investments will also be made in regulated collective investment schemes, money market instruments, warrants and cash deposits to provide further diversification to the Fund. It is intended that derivatives will be used for investment purposes (gaining both long and short exposure to the underlying assets) and for efficient portfolio management."
