Description
The investment objective of the fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation. There are certain risks associated with venture capital investments, which the fund intends to reduce by diversifying its portfolio following a specified investment strategy. The fund will invest in eligible Canadian businesses in different regions, industries and stages of development within the requirements imposed by the Federal Act and the Ontario Act.
