Description
This Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by actively managing a portfolio primarily consisting of (I) short-term debt instruments of Canadian government and corporate issuers, and (ii) long-term fixed income securities of Canadian issuers that have a rating of at least "BBB" by a recognized Canadian rating agency. The fundamental investment objective of the Fund cannot be changed without the approval of a majority of the investors who own units in the Fund.
