Description
PowerShares Canadian Preferred Share Index Class seeks to track the performance of the Indxis Select Canadian Preferred Share Index, or any successor thereto. The Indxis Select Canadian Preferred Share Index is an index comprised of select preferred shares of Canadian companies that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). As part of its investment objective, the Fund invests primarily in the securities that make up the Indxis Select Canadian Preferred Share Index, in substantially the same proportion as the Index, as permitted.
