The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers that trade in U.S. or non-U.S. markets, depositary receipts representing shares of non-U.S. issuers, and exchange-traded funds and other investment companies ("investment companies") that provide exposure to non-U.S. issuers. It diversifies its investments among a number of different countries throughout the world and may invest in companies of any size. The fund may utilize options, futures contracts, options on futures contracts, and forward foreign currency exchange contracts ("derivatives").
