Description
The investment seeks to produce current income and capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of master limited partnership ("MLP") investments. Under normal market conditions, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in MLP investments. The fund focuses primarily on midstream MLPs ("Midstream MLPs") whose business models are often referred to as "toll road" businesses. It is non-diversified.
