Obrascon Huarte Lain SA (OHL) is a Spain-based company primarily engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the construction and engineering sectors. The Company�s business activities are structured into four divisions: OHL Concessions, which focuses on the promotion, development and management of all types of transportation infrastructures through public concessions; OHL International Construction, which comprises the construction of civil works worldwide; OHL Industrial, involved in the construction, maintenance and operation of industrial plants; and OHL Development, active in the promotion and exploitation of tourist infrastructures and resorts. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Aguas de Ensenada SA de CV, Aquaria Water LLC, Saneamento do Vale do Pariba SA and Desalinizadora Arica Ltda, among others. In addition, its majority shareholder was Inmobiliaria Espacio SA with 60.03% of its interest.
