Description
Octopus AIM VCT plc is a United Kingdom-based venture capital trust. The principal activities of the Trust is to invest in a diversified portfolio of Alternative Investment Market (AIM) or PLUS listed companies in order to generate capital growth over the long-term, as well as tax-free dividend stream. The Company intends that approximately 20% of its funds will be invested in non-qualifying investments. As of February 29, 2012, the Company�s investment portfolio included Brooks Macdonald Group plc, Escher Group Holdings plc, Advanced Computer Software Group plc, IDOX plc, EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc, Breedon Aggregates Ltd, Enteq Upstream plc and MyCelx Technologies Corporation. The Company is managed by Octopus Investments Limited.
