Jupiter Primadona Growth Trust PLC is an investment trust, which concentrates on capital appreciation from holding listed and unlisted investments. The Company�s investment objective is to maximise capital growth through investment in sectors or geographical areas, which are considered by the portfolio manager to offer good prospects for capital growth, taking into account economic trends and business developments. The Company invests no more than 15% of its gross assets in other investment companies, including listed investment trusts listed on the London Stock Exchange. As of June 30, 2010, its portfolio of investments included Findlay Park US Smaller Companies Fund, First State Asia Pacific Leaders Fund, HSBC Holdings, BP, Jupiter European Opportunities Trust, Glaxosmithkline and Royal Dutch Shell. Jupiter Asset Management Limited is the investment manager and company secretary of the Company.
