European Convergence Development Company plc is established to enable investors to take advantage of opportunities that exist in the property markets of South-East Europe. The Company has invested in a range of early stage development projects which consist of residential, retail, commercial and industrial property. The principal countries are Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey, with the ability to invest in Croatia and Slovakia. The Company�s Romania portfolio includes Oradea Plaza, Era Shopping Park, Asmita Gardens, Cascade Euro Tower (Bucharest), and Baneasa Project (Bucharest). Its Bulgarian portfolio includes Galleria Plovdiv, Mega Mall Rousse, Bourgas Retail Park and Sliven Mall. As of December 31, 2011, 170,000 square meters of space was under construction in its retail property at Romania. The Company�s subsidiaries include European Convergence Development Company (Cayman) Limited, European Convergence Development (Malta) Limited and Convergence Development (Cyprus) Limited.
