iShares MSCI United Kingdom Index Fund (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of publicly traded securities in the British market, as measured by the MSCI United Kingdom Index (the Index). The Index seeks to measure the performance of the British equity market. The Fund invests in sectors, such as energy, financials, consumer staples, materials, healthcare, telecommunication services, consumer discretionary, industrials, utilities and information technology. BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
