SILLA CO.,LTD is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the deep-sea fishing business and steel distribution business. Its deep-sea fishing business focuses on the provision of tunas for making canned food and tunas for making raw fish. Its steel distribution business wholesales steel products to domestic construction companies, specialty steel processing companies and shipbuilders, which are purchased from HYUNDAI STEEL COMPANY, as well as from overseas areas, such as Mainland China, Taiwan and India. It also imports pollacks from a joint venture in Russia and distributes to the domestic markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had eight affiliated companies.
