CJ Korea Express Corporation, formerly KOREA EXPRESS CO., LTD, is a Korea-based company engaged in the logistics business. The Company operates in six categories of businesses: inland logistics business, which includes truck transportation, railroad transportation and warehousing; international logistics business, which provides stevedoring and vessel management services; container business, which provides cargo loading and unloading services, storages and transportation services and others; parcel delivery business, which provides a total service that covers collection, packaging, transportation and delivery; construction business, which constructs sewage and wastewater treatment facilities, and other business, which distributes petroleum products. On April 1, 2013, it merged with CJGLS. After the merger, the Company survived and CJGLS was dissolved. On November 22, 2013, it raised its interest to 79.931% by acquiring a further 34.902% stake in CJ Korea Express Busan Container Corp.
