CJ korea express Corporation is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the logistics business. The Company operates in six categories of businesses: inland logistics business, including truck transportation, railroad transportation and warehousing; international logistics business, which provides stevedoring and vessel management services; container business, which provides cargo loading and unloading services, storages and transportation services and others; parcel delivery business, which provides a total service that covers collection, packaging, transportation and delivery; construction business, and other business, including real estate rental and other businesses. On April 1, 2013, the Company completed the merger with CJGLS, a Korea-based company, mainly engaged in the international distribution business. After the merger, the Company survived and CJGLS was dissolved.
