Symphony Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged manufacturing and trading of footwear, trading, retailing and distribution of footwear, apparel, swimming wear and accessories, property investment and holding. It operates in three segments: Footwear manufacturing; Retailing and sourcing, engaged in retailing and provision of sourcing services for branded apparel, swimwear and accessories, and Property investment and holding. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had an aggregate number of 33 production lines, of which six are in Panyu, five are in Zhongshan, six in Fuzhou, and a further 16 in Vietnam. Its subsidiaries include Canray Int'l Limited, Cashmaster Profits Limited, Chi Yuen Developments Limited, Cosmo Group Holdings Limited, Continuance Enterprises Limited, Guangzhou Panyu Xingtaiy Footwear Industry & Commerce Co. Ltd.
