The Company operates in four segments: Fujian Jinmaiwang segment, which manufactures and sells Jimaire branded as well as original equipment manufacturing (OEM) casual footwear products; Shishi Haomai segment, which manufactures and sells Bull Titan branded footwear products; Luotuo Quanzhou segment, which manufactures and sells Luotuo Brand branded casual footwear, apparel and related accessories products, and Greiff Xiamen segment, which sells Camel Active branded and Greiff branded casual footwear, apparel and related accessories products. The Company�s subsidiaries include Chuang Wei Limited, Jinmaiwang Group Limited, Fujian Jinmaiwang Shoes and Garments Products Co., Ltd. and Luotuo (Quanzhou) Shoes and Garments Co., Ltd., among others.
