Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Company Limited is principally engaged in the provision of environment protection services. The Company operates its businesses through sewage treatment, recycled water production, tap water supply, recycled water pipeline connection and supply, as well as road toll collection. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Tianjin, Guizhou, Qujing, Baoying, Hangzhou, Wendeng, Xi'an, Anguo, Wuhan and Hong Kong, China. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company treated approximately 979.48 million cubic meters of sewage water, produced approximately 14.28 million cubic meters of recycled water, and supplied approximately 39.23 million cubic meters of tap water.
