Zhong Hua International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company�s subsidiaries are principally engaged in property investment and development in Mainland China and have two property interests, one in Chongqing and the other in Guangzhou. The Company has developed a commercial mall, Gang Yu Square, in Chongqing, the People�s Republic of China. It consists of commercial arcades, a public transport terminus on the ground floor and car parking spaces in the basement. The property interest in Guangzhou is situated in the Yuexiu District, Guangzhou with a total site area of approximately 22,800 square meters. The Company has 100% interest in seven floors of and 60% interest in the basement of Guang Yu Square with a total gross floor area of approximately 26,500 square meters. The Company�s subsidiaries include China Land Realty Investment (BVI) Limited, Chongqing Smart Hero Real Estate Development Company Limited and Smart Hero (Holdings) Limited, among others.
