Changshouhua Food Company Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of edible corn oil products for domestic sales under the brand Longevity Flower in China consumer market, and domestic or export bulk sales mainly to other companies engaged in the sale of edible corn oil under their own brands. It produces and sells corn oil, consisting of non-branded corn oil and own brand corn oil; other oil, mainly refined edible sunflower seed oil, refined edible olive oil and refined edible cotton seed oil, as well as corn meal. As of December 31, 2011, it had a distribution network of 468 wholesale distributors, 77 retailers covering 31 provinces or administrative municipalities in China. On May 25, 2012, the Company changed its name from China Corn Oil Company Limited to Changshouhua Food Company Limited.
