The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the retailing of high-end to luxury menswear in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and retailing and licensing businesses in Europe. Its jointly controlled entities are retailers of luxury fashion and accessories in South Korea and Southeast Asia. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operates 374 stores in Mainland China, 41 stores in Hong Kong and Macau, 43 stores in Taiwan and two stores in Europe. The Company�s brands include Kent & Curwen, Cerruti 1881, Gieves & Hawkes, D�URBAN, Intermezzo and Salvatore Ferragamo.
