Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System Company Limited and its subsidiaries are engaged in the design, manufacture, installation and sale of irrigation system and equipment. The principal activities of the Company include design, manufacturing and sales of drip films, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) pipelines and drip assemblies used in water saving irrigation system. It is also engaged in the provision of installation services of water saving irrigation system for its customers. The drip films sold by the Company can be categorised into three types, including single-sided labyrinthstyle drip films; embedded-style drip films, and heavy flow compensatory style drip films. The Group�s operations are substantially located in the People�s Republic of China. The Company�s immediate holding company is Xinjiang Tianye Company Limited (Tianye Company).
