Trauson Holdings Company Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of various trauma and spine orthopaedic implants and related surgical tools. It operates in four segments: trauma products, which engages in surgical treatment for bone fractures due to accidents, pathological or other reasons; spine products, which involves surgical treatment for spinal disorders, deformity, fractures and back pain conditions caused by degenerative disc disease or other pathological reasons; original equipment manufacturing (OEM) products, which includes manufacturing of orthopaedic products in accordance with customers� orders and specifications, as well as others, which comprises medical instrument and other components. Effective March 1, 2013, Stryker Corp acquired the entire share capital of Trauson Holdings Co Ltd.
