Mascotte Holdings Limited is an investment holding company engaged in trading of investments. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in four segments: solar grade polycrystalline silicon segment, engaged in the manufacture of solar grade polycrystalline silicon; investments segment, engaged in the investment and trading of securities; loan financing segment, engaged in the provision of loan financing services; property investment segment, engaged in the holding properties for rental and capital appreciation, and manufacture and sale of accessories segment, engaged in the manufacture and sale of accessories for photographic products. The Company�s subsidiaries include Mascotte Group Limited, Sun Mass Energy Limited, Crown Emerald Investments Limited and Dongguan Tak Ya Leather Goods Manufactory Limited, among others. The Company acquired 50.1% stake and 49.9% stake in Sun Mass Energy Limited, on July 15, 2011 and January 4, 2012, respectively.
