Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Limited is an investment holding company. The Company�s subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacture and retail of jewellery, wholesale of precious metals, and securities and commodities broking. The Company operates in four segments: manufacture and retail of jewellery segment, which produces jewellery products for its retail business and operates retail stores mainly in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Taiwan; wholesale of precious metals segment, which trades precious metals to wholesale customers; securities and futures broking segment, which provides brokering and dealing services for securities and futures, and other businesses segment, including property investment and other jewellery related businesses. The Company�s subsidiaries include Acclaim Holdings Limited, Chow Sang Sang (China) Company Limited, Chow Sang Sang Commodities Limited and Chow Sang Sang Corporate Gift Limited, among others.
