Greenheart Group Limited (Greenheart) is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the log harvesting, timber processing, and marketing and sale of logs and timber precuts. The Company operates in three segments by geographical location: Suriname, which engages in the hardwood log harvesting, timber processing, marketing and sale of logs and timber products; New Zealand, which engages in the softwood log harvesting, marketing and sale of logs, and elsewhere, which engages in the trading of logs and timber products. On March 31, 2011, the Company purchased the entire equity interest in Mega Harvest International Limited, which owns the New Zealand Plantation. As of the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company�s subsidiaries included Barnet Consultancy Limited, Silver Mount Group Limited, Superb Able Industrial Limited and Topwood Holdings Limited, among others.
