AMS Public Transport Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the provision of franchised public light bus (PLB) transportation services in Hong Kong. It was also engaged in the cross-boundary public bus services business. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, the Company operated 59 green minibus (GMB) routes with 374 GMBs. On July 31, 2011, the Company completed the disposal of its entire interest in Elegant Sun Group Limited, which was engaged in the cross-boundary public bus business. The Company�s subsidiaries include Gurnard Holdings Limited, Aberdeen Maxicab Service Company Limited, Capital Star Holdings Limited, Central Maxicab Limited, Fastlink Transportation Limited, Hong Kong Maxicab Limited, Kit Kee Transport Company Limited and Sunning Transportation Limited, among others.
