Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited (Energy XXI) is an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company with operations focused in the United States Gulf Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of oil and natural gas properties onshore in Louisiana and Texas and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. As of June 30, 2012, the Company�s core properties consisted of the Main Pass 61 Field, West Delta 73, West Delta 30, South Pass 49 Field, Field Main Pass 73 Field, South Timbalier 21 Field, Grand Isle 16/18, South Timbalier 54 Field and Bayou Carlin Field. As of June 30, 2012, Energy XXI�s estimated net proved reserves were 119.6 million barrel of oil equivalent, of which 71% was oil and 68% was proved developed.
