Strabag AG is a Germany-based construction company active in the building industry. The Company divides its activities into the four business segments: Transport Infrastructure Construction, Investments in Austria, Other Building Construction and Other Services. The Transport Infrastructure Construction segment is focused on construction and renovation of circulation areas, including freeways, federal highways, state roads and district roads, among others, as well as building material production sales. It is divided into five business units responsible for the Company's developments in different states in Germany. The Other Building Construction segment is responsible for custom individual developments. The Investments in Austria segment holds a 35% stake in BHB, a company that holds interest in various companies in the road construction industry. The Other Services segment is responsible for all holding activities of the Company.
