As of December 31, 2011, Schwaelbchen Molkerei Jakob Berz AG operated the two majority owned subsidiaries, including SCHWAELBCHEN Frischdienst GmbH in Mainz and the indirectly held subsidiaries SCHWAELBCHEN-Wiese-Frischdienst GmbH in Ilsfeld and Platin 758. GmbH in Frankfurt, as well as the wholly-owned subsidiary Harzmolkerei Wernigerode GmbH in Wernigerode, as well as minority owned Gesellschaft zur Foerderung des Absatzes milchwirtschaftlicher Produkte GmbH.
