Indus Holding AG is a Germany-based holding company engaged in the acquisition of small and medium-sized companies. The Company is active in five segments: Engineering, Automotive Components/Engineering, Metal/Metal Processing, Construction/Infrastructure and Medical Engineering/Life Science. The Construction/Infrastructure segment comprises companies engaged in the construction industry. The Automotive Components/Engineering segment comprises companies engaged in the automotive industry. The Engineering segment comprises companies engaged in the engineering industry, including inert gas glove box systems and automatically controlled valves, among others. The Medical engineering/Life Science segment comprises small and medium-sized companies engaged in the healthcare sector. The Metal/Metal Processing segment focuses on the base materials processing industry. In May 2013, it acquired a 40% stake in Hakama AG; as a result of the transaction it holds 100% in Hakama AG.
