ALNO AG is a German holding company and the manufacturer of kitchens and kitchen furniture. The Company manufactures a range of kitchens under the Alno, Impuls, Pino, Wellmann and ATG brands, among others, for both professional and domestic purposes. Its range of kitchen designs is divided into three main categories: Home, Country and Lifestyle. The Company operates through a network of distribution companies in 64 countries world wide. ALNO AG maintains fully consolidated subsidiaries in Germany and Europe, including Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom, as well as a 50% stake in Alno Middle East in the United Arab Emirates, which produces kitchen furniture under the Alfa brand. As of December 31, 2011, Kuechen Holding GmbH owned a 35.33%-stake in the Company.
