Motivation and rewards segment includes gift cards, gift vouchers, gift boxes, among others and Management of public social problems. The Company operates through a number of subsidiaries including, Accentiv Kadeos, Edenred France, AS Formation, Accentiv' Travel, ASM, among others. In December 2012, the Company acquired a 62% stake in Repom. On February 6, 2013, Edenred SA announced that it has entered Colombia by acquiring Big Pass, a local player in the employee benefits market.
