Intervest Retail NV is a Belgium-based property investment fund. It invests exclusively in real estate, focusing primarily on inner-city locations in prime locations, retail warehouses and shopping centers. The Company invests in buildings from divergent sectors of economy, such as clothing, shoes and accessories sector, domestic articles and do-it-yourself items shops, leisure, luxury articles and personal care, as well as specialized food shops and department stores, electrical articles and telephone items shops. Intervest Retail NV is also involved in three projects: Project Vilvoorde, Redevelopment Andenne and Restyling Rooseveltcentre Vilvoorde. All of these projects were based on renovating and developing buildings.
