Xtierra Inc. (Xtierra) is a natural resource company. The Company is engaged in exploring for and developing precious and base metal deposits on its mineral properties located in the Central Silver Belt of Mexico in the States of Zacatecas and San Luis Potosi. Its projects include The Bilbao Project, The La Laguna Pedernalillo (Laguna) Tailings Project, El Dorado Gold Exploration Project and Bilbao Property Bilbao Silver-Zinc-Lead-Copper Project. The Bilbao Project is a polymetallic sulphide and oxide replacement zinc-lead-silver-copper deposit with a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 10.62 million tons. Its El Dorado Gold Exploration Project comprising 2,890 hectares of mining claims is located in the Pinos district of southeastern Zacatecas State. The Bilbao Property is located approximately 500 kilometers northwest of Mexico City in the southeastern part of the State of Zacatecas. In December 2012, the Company acquired the surface lands.
