Westcore Energy Ltd. (Westcore) is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of exploring, and developing coal properties in Western Canada. The Company�s assets consist of a 75% interest in Coal Prospecting Permits in a project area called Hudson Bay North, which is located north east of the town of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan. The Company also has a75% interest in a Quarry Exploration Permit in a project area called Black Diamond in Manitoba east of the Hudson Bay North property. It holds a 75% interest in Coal Prospecting Permits in Saskatchewan near the town of Hudson Bay. Westcore holds a 50% interest in five Manitoba Quarry Exploration Permits immediately adjacent to the Company�s existing Black Diamond property through a joint venture with 49 North Resources Ltd.
