Woulfe Mining Corp. (Woulfe) is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Korea. The Sangdong property is the Company’s advanced project and is a tungsten/molybdenum brownfield property with bismuth and gold credits. The Company has been granted nine uranium/vanadium mining licenses located in the Geumsan area, southeast of the regional center of Daejeon. Woulfe Mining owns a 100% interest in the Sangdong Tungsten/Molybdenum Project located in South Korea. The property is comprised of 12 Mining Rights with an aggregate area of 3,173 hectares. The Company holds exploration concessions in the Murchison Goldfields, in Western Australia, collectively known as the Albury Heath concessions.
