VMS Ventures Inc. (VMS) is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, developing and evaluating mineral properties. During the fiscal year ended August 31, 2012, the Company is in partnership with Hudbay Minerals developing the Reed Copper deposit. The Company also conducts exploration programs on its Snow Lake Copper-Zinc Properties includes Cover (9-7, McClarty, Farwell, Copper, Cowan, Leak Lake), Sails, Puella, Copperman and Morton, along with the Fox Property near Lynn Lake and the Ruttan (Darrol) Project near Leaf Rapids. As well, the Company is conducting exploration programs on its Ontario Properties being Terra Incognita, Golden Pine, and Black Creek. All the Copper-Zinc and Gold Projects are situated in Manitoba and Ontario, Canada.
