Wolfeye Resource Corp., formerly StoneShield Capital Corp., is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The principal business of the Company is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. On January 7, 2011, it signed an option with Seaborne Minerals Inc., to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Geldenhoof gold property located in central British Columbia, approximately 110 kilometers by road southwest of Vanderhoof. The Geldenhoof property, a single 2,129.58-hectare mineral claim, is approximately four kilometers east of Richfield Ventures Corp.'s Blackwater gold property. On December 8t, 2010, the Company announced it entered into an option agreement to acquire an initial 75% interest in the Risby project (Risby), located in the Northwest Territories, Canada. The Risby project, located within the MacKenzie Mountains about 80 kilometers east of the MacMillan Pass in the Yukon Territories, comprises 93 claims totaling approximately 89,040 acres.
